結婚の自由をすべての人に訴訟

「結婚の自由をすべての人に」訴訟（けじすべ訴訟、マリフォー訴訟、同性婚訴訟）とは、結婚の自由をすべての人に、特に法律上の同性間の婚姻の法制化に向けて、これのできないことが憲法違反だと正面から問う、日本で初めての訴訟です^[1]。2019年2月14日、札幌、東京、名古屋、大阪の裁判所で一斉に提訴。その後、同年9月5日に福岡の裁判所で提訴。さらに、2021年、東京にて第二次訴訟が始まりました。
